  • GARY PRESTON

    LEAD PASTOR & ELDER

    Gary has been the lead pastor at Frontline since May 2014. He and his wife Suzanne are from Colorado and have pastored two other international churches in Europe, one in Naples, Italy, and the other in Vienna, Austria. Gary loves helping people take steps to becoming followers of Jesus and then growing as disciples of Christ. His greatest passion is to lead the church to become the hands and feet of Jesus to people in the church, the community and throughout the world. Gary and Suzanne have two married sons, one a Southwest Airlines pilot (and Air Force National Guard pilot), the other a family practice physician. Gary is a graduate of Westmont College and Denver Seminary. Adventure travel, cycling, music, hiking, family and good friends are some of their greatest joys in life.

  • JOSH RAMSAY

    ASSOCIATE PASTOR

    Coming from Tennessee, Josh has been in full-time ministry since 2003, working first and foremost with youth and college age students. He and his wife, Teri, joined the Frontline team July 2015. They have two beautiful girls. Josh has a Bachelor degree in Communications from Asbury University and Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife love the Lord and introducing people to Him. Josh is also a fanatic Tennessee Volunteers fan.

  • CHRIS OPIELA

    campus pastor

    Chris started at Frontline in July 2017. He and his wife Kelly met in grade school in Pennsylvania. They served together as missionaries for three years in East Asia prior to coming to Germany. Chris has a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. They love books, making memories through travel, and talking about Jesus with people who’ve never heard of Him. They have one daughter, Eleanor.

    Worship Pastor

    Will came to Frontline in May of 2018 after leading worship at a church plant in his home-town of Portland, Oregon for four and a half years. He and his wife Annie met as high schoolers on a mission trip to Haiti. They love hiking, traveling, hosting people, water sports, and singing with their two little boys, Lewis & Dean. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Boise Bible College and is particularly passionate about developing relationships through conversations over coffee, writing music, and church planting. 

  • RYAN OLESZEWSKI

    ELDER

    Ryan was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.  After graduating from the University of Maryland, he attended medical school at Temple University.  Currently, he practices hematology/oncology as an Army physician.  Ryan and his wife, Ashley, have known each other since infancy.  Their moms were best friends in high school, and they even have baby pictures together.  Happily married for 12 years, Ryan and Ashley have 2 boys, Lucas (5) and Carter (1).  Ryan and his family began attending Frontline shortly after moving to Germany in 2014 and have been actively involved in a Lifegroup and various ministries throughout the church.  In his spare time, Ryan enjoys traveling and eating his way throughout Europe (he is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to try to duplicate recipes at home).  Although the Army has taken him to locations around the globe, Ryan has remained devoted to his favorite Maryland sports teams.  He loves for anyone to join him in cheering on the Ravens or Terps on a fall weekend.  

  • ITA UDOAKA

    ELDER

    Ita is our newest Elder. He was born in Sacramento California, but grew up in Lagos,  Nigeria. He met his wife LaShea at North Carolina A&T University where they both graduated with degrees in Chemical Engineering. Ita serves in the US Air Force and LaShea is a math teacher at Ramstein High School. They found Frontline in 2009 after accidentally joining a life group. They have been actively involved ever since serving in the Men's and Women's ministries. Ita enjoys mentoring, discovering Biblical truths through storytelling, and fitness. Ita and LaShea have two wonderful sons, Solomon and Samuel.



  • MARK CIERO

    ELDER

    Mark serves in First Impressions, FBCKids, and as Elder. Mark started as a newsboy in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the AF Academy and from MIT as an engineer. While in school, he married his first love and better-half, Elaine. Shortly afterwards, Mark found a second love, fighter aircraft. Mark completed F-15E training in 1996. He often points at his watch and tells war stories, which some are exaggerated. Mark loves Jesus, Parables, and teaching. They were blessed with two boys: Benjamin--star athlete, playing Division III football and Jonathan--academic, percussionist, and bowler. Elaine works full-time for the Ramstein Schools as a Registrar and serves all over Frontline. They enjoy running and, at least Mark, history. Food - lots, especially ice cream; Travel - sunny and warm; Movie - Fletch; Pants - khaki; Drinks - coke zero; Smiles - always.

  • TERESA GUIONNAUD

    LEAD PASTOR'S ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Teresa is our Office Administrator/Manager. She has been married for 30+ yrs to her husband Rene’, and has 5 lovely daughters. She’s passionate about traveling and taking the perfect family photo at all destinations, loving her daughters, and spoiling their grandson.  Teresa has been involved in Missionettes, Children's Ministries, teaching Women's Bible Studies and participating in prayer groups. In her spare time, Teresa also enjoys cake decorating, sewing, quilting, crocheting, and being an Irish Dance Mom.

  • Leah Medina

    Associate Pastor's Graphic Design / Administrative assistant

    Leah is our Graphic Design/Administrative Assistant and is excited to be a part of the Frontline Team. She is from Heidelberg, Germany and grew up within the Military community. Leah has a double bachelors’ in Digital Media & Web Technology/Software Development & Security from the University of Maryland University College. When she’s not busy with pixels or code, she enjoys traveling, warm beverages, and learning about Jesus.

  • JEFF FLETCHER

    FINANCE BOOKKEEPER

    Jeff and his wife Stacy arrived in Germany in 2013 from Omaha, Nebraska. He majored in Business Economics and Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara. He received his MBA from Arizona State University. Jeff joined the Frontline Staff in May of 2016. He enjoys spending time with his family, homeschooling his 3 children and playing guitar.

  • Dondria Wallace

    WOMEN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

    Dondria is very excited to serve as Women’s Ministry Director as of June 2018.  She is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she met her husband of 24 years, Lloyd Malone. Lloyd and Dondria have four teenagers who keep them on their toes! Their family is a “nerdy” bunch who loves to talk about technology. Dondria is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served over 13 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, the Air National Guard, and the Air Force Reserves, as an avionics technician and wide-band radio technician. She is a graduate of Texas A & M, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology. Dondria is also a breast cancer survivor who enjoys sharing stories about God’s faithfulness throughout her journey. Her hobbies include jewellery making, adult colouring books, card making and eating new foods. 

  • Stephanie Benson

    ChIldren's Ministry Director

    Stephanie is thrilled to serve as FC Kids Director.  She is originally from Delaware but has moved around quite a bit, having lived in 9 states and 3 countries. She met her wonderful husband David at church camp the summer before 6th grade.  They have been married over 10 years and have two beautiful young children.  Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design from Auburn University and a Master’s in Special Education from UNLV.  Stephanie has a love for learning; teaching; exercising; traveling; eating and spending time with her family.

  • Crystal Arnold

    assistant Children's Director

    Crystal is excited  and humbled to be apart of FC kids Ministry. She has been married for 10 yrs to her husband Jessie, and they have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls that she home schools. Crystal was born in New York and spent the majority of her adult life traveling the globe courtesy of the Air Force either on Active Duty or as a spouse. She enjoys praying, hanging out with her family, reading, watching sports and organizing. Jessie and Crystal  are Lifegroup leaders and are very passionate about marriages. They help with the Art of Marriage Conference in the Spring and Fall.
