PLAN YOUR VISIT

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Frontline a great one! Keep reading for more information on what you can expect.

Frontline meets every weekend on Sundays at August-Sussdorf Strasse 8 in Ramstein 66877 (across from Aldi) at:

9am // 11am // 5pm

What's the culture like at frontline?

No matter who you are, where you come from, or where you're at spiritually, you’re welcome here. On any given Sunday we have both chaplains and atheists in our gathering. Sunday’s at Frontline are casual, energetic and real. Jeans and a T-shirt are totally normal but if you like to dress up more that's awesome, too. We project scripture onto screens, but you’re welcome to bring a Bible if you want. If you don’t have one, feel free to take one of ours as a gift.

This diverse English-speaking church is made up of Americans, Germans, and people representing many nationalities, ethnicities, and ages. We have many single young adults, as well as a plethora of families with kids of all ages, at each of our services. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

Parking

You know there are lots of Americans at Frontline by the large SUVs, Vans, and trucks in our lot. We've got plenty of room in our parking lot for your vehicle (no matter the size), but should you feel more comfortable spreading out,  you are welcome to utilize the Aldi parking lot across the street.

Entrance

Next, you'll work your way towards an unassuming warehouse building. It may not be the prettiest on the outside, but inside is erupting with life! Please use the side entrance, unless you arrive late (10 minutes or more), in which case we would ask you to use the main Entrance.  Inside you'll find a warm, inviting and energetic atmosphere with some bumping music! You'll be welcomed at the door with a smile by one our greeters, who will check you in. If you didn't get a chance to register online, no worries, we have a Walk-In registration form for you.

WHAT IS A FRONTLINE CHURCH SERVICE LIKE?

Our services typically run an hour and 10 minutes.

Services begin with a band leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. We have a great band that leads us through a few thought-provoking, heartfelt worship songs, followed by a practical and hopeful message from the Bible by one of our pastors. During the message it's pretty common to hear people laugh, shout "amen", or even cry. We always talk about Jesus and how He can and wants to change our world. We'll throw scripture up on the screen, but you are also more than welcome to bring your Bible or take on of ours. We love this book! Finally we'll close the service with a time of prayer and musical worship! People typically sit during the message, and stand during the music, but we want you to be yourself and worship freely.

What about my kids?

Kids and families are a huge part of Frontline, and that's why we want to make sure your kids have a blast learning about Jesus every weekend! School-age kids ministry is currently offered at our two morning services (9am and 11am) for kids age four through fifth grade. During each service your kids will have fun singing songs, playing games, doing crafts, and experiencing God in an interactive and safe environment.

Our nursery is also available during our two morning services (9am and 11am) where our trained team of staff and volunteers will love on your little ones ages 0 to 3 while you hear a powerful, relevant message in a distraction-free atmosphere. In the case that they need mom or dad to help out, we'll shoot you a message, but we guarantee they'll have a great time!!

Family Room (101)

If for some reason you don't feel comfortable checking your kids into their classrooms, please sit near the back of the worship center. That way, if they get fussy you're closer to our Family Room, where both you and your child can breathe, they can move around comfortably, and you can still enjoy the service via live feed.

When planning your visit, make sure to give yourself an extra 5-10 minutes to check your kids in before service starts.

What about covid regulations?

Frontline cares deeply about your safety as well as our reputation in Germany. We are in compliance to all German regulations including registrations for contact tracing, social distancing as applies, sanitization measures, and the wearing of masks into and out of the building. As regulations shift and change, we will continually update our concept, and announce relevant information from the registration desks.
